Refund Policy

Last updated: July 13, 2026

This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which fees paid to Crosspoint Formations Inc. (“Crosspoint,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) may or may not be refunded. By making a payment, you agree to this policy.

Work Begins Immediately

Because we begin preparing your application and may incur government and third-party fees as soon as payment is received, our service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. In most cases work commences immediately upon payment.

Government & Third-Party Fees

Government filing fees, registered-agent fees, and any other third-party charges are non-refundable in all cases once a filing has been submitted, as these amounts are paid out to those parties on your behalf and cannot be recovered by us.

Our Canada packages are priced all-in — the government incorporation filing fee is included in the price shown (for example, Canada Incorporation from USD $329 all-in). Our U.S. packages are a service fee plus state fees shown at cost. In both cases, the government portion becomes non-refundable once the filing has been submitted.

No Guarantee of Approval

Our fees cover the preparation and submission of your application, not a specific outcome. Approval of any registration, tax number, license, or bank account is determined solely by the relevant government authority or financial institution. A decline, delay, or rejection by any such authority or institution does not entitle you to a refund, as we will have performed the service you engaged us for.

Before Work Begins

If you wish to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. If we have not yet commenced work and have not incurred any government or third-party fees on your behalf, we will, at our discretion, refund the recoverable portion of your service fee.

How to Request

To raise any question about your payment, contact us at hello@crosspointformations.com or WhatsApp +1 437-434-6994. We aim to respond within two business days.
